Remove Serpstat Branding — Add Your Own

White Label lets you replace Serpstat's logo, colors, and domain with your own branding in reports and the platform interface. Use it to deliver client-facing reports and dashboards that look like your agency's own product — not Serpstat's.

What you can achieve:

  • Brand client reports: Replace the Serpstat logo with your company logo in all PDF and Custom Reports. Clients see your brand, not Serpstat's.

  • Customize the platform interface: On Team and Agency plans, change the interface logo so your team sees your company branding inside Serpstat.

  • Use a custom domain: On the Agency plan, set a custom subdomain (e.g., seo.yourcompany.com) so clients access the white-labeled platform under your own domain.

Getting Started

  1. Go to Profile → White Label.

  2. Upload your company logo (PNG or SVG, minimum 200×50 px). The logo replaces Serpstat's branding in reports and — on eligible plans — in the platform interface.

  3. Enter your company name — it appears in report footers and the browser tab title on the Agency plan custom domain.

  4. On the Agency plan: enter your custom subdomain in the Domain field and configure your DNS CNAME record to point to Serpstat's servers (instructions shown on the page).

  5. Click Save. Changes take effect immediately on all newly generated reports. Existing exported PDFs are not updated retroactively.

Key Metrics Explained

  1. Individual plan — logo in reports: Your uploaded logo appears in PDF reports and Custom Reports shared with clients. The Serpstat interface itself is not affected.

  2. Team plan — logo in interface: In addition to reports, your logo appears in the Serpstat platform navigation for all team members. The app URL remains serpstat.com.

  3. Agency plan — custom domain: Full white label. Set a custom subdomain, and clients access the platform at your domain. The URL, logo, company name, and browser tab all reflect your brand.

  4. Logo requirements: PNG or SVG format, transparent background recommended, minimum dimensions 200×50 px. The logo is used as-is — no automatic resizing or color adjustment.

Pro Tip: Set Up Custom Domain Before Sharing with Clients

Configuring the custom domain before inviting clients avoids confusion — they log in to your branded URL from day one.

  1. In Profile → White Label, enter your chosen subdomain (e.g., seo.yourcompany.com) in the Domain field.

  2. Log in to your DNS provider and add a CNAME record pointing the subdomain to the address shown on the White Label settings page.

  3. Wait for DNS propagation (typically 15 minutes to 2 hours) and verify the custom URL loads the white-labeled platform.

  4. Send the custom URL to clients along with their login credentials — they never see serpstat.com in the browser bar.

⚠️ Important: Custom domain setup (Agency plan) requires a CNAME DNS change on your domain. DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours in rare cases. White Label branding applies to Custom Reports, PDF exports, and — on Agency plan — the full platform interface. It does not affect the Serpstat public website or documentation.
