Your Download Hub for Generated Reports
Latest Reports is the central hub where all your Serpstat exports collect. Every file you generate — keyword lists, backlink exports, audit reports, rank tracking snapshots — arrives here automatically. Files are stored for 60 days and can be downloaded at any time.
What you can achieve:
Access all exports in one place: Any report you generate in any Serpstat module appears in Latest Reports without manual saving. No need to re-run the same export to find the file again.
Track generation status: The notification bell icon in the top-right corner turns orange when a new report is ready. Click it to jump directly to Latest Reports.
Re-download past exports: Files remain available for 60 days. Download any export as many times as needed without re-generating it.
Getting Started
To access Latest Reports: click the notification bell icon in the top-right corner of any Serpstat page, or go to Profile → Latest Reports.
The export list shows: report name, module, date generated, file size, and format (CSV/XLSX/PDF).
Click the download icon next to any report to save the file to your computer.
To generate a new export: open any module, run your analysis, click the Export button, and select your preferred format. The file appears in Latest Reports as soon as generation is complete.
To manage storage: delete exports you no longer need. Files older than 60 days are removed automatically.
Key Metrics Explained
Retention period: All exports are stored for 60 days from the date of generation. After 60 days, the file is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Notification indicator: The bell icon in the top navigation turns orange as soon as a report finishes generating. It resets when you visit Latest Reports. If you close the browser while a report is generating, it will still appear in Latest Reports when complete.
Export formats: Serpstat exports data as CSV (full datasets, any size), XLSX (formatted spreadsheets), or PDF (Custom Reports and audit summaries). The format is set when you initiate the export.
Storage limit: There is no hard file count limit, but large queues of exports may slow the list. Delete completed exports after downloading to keep the list clean.
Pro Tip: Queue Multiple Exports, Then Download in Bulk
Exports generate in the background — start several at once and return to Latest Reports when they are all done.
Open the first module and start your export. Do not wait — move to the next module immediately.
Repeat for each module you need data from. All exports generate simultaneously in the background.
Watch the notification bell — it turns orange each time a new file is ready.
Return to Latest Reports and download all completed files at once. Use the search or filter to find reports from a specific module or date.
⚠️ Important: Latest Reports stores files for 60 days only. If you need to keep an export longer, download it to your own storage immediately after generation. Serpstat does not send exports by email — the only delivery method is the Latest Reports download hub. |
