My Projects is your home screen after login — the central dashboard where you manage all tracked domains, review AI-generated insights, configure automated reports, and navigate to any Serpstat module in one click.
What you can achieve:
Monitor AI Insights: Receive automatic notifications when Serpstat detects abrupt changes in visibility, organic traffic, or keyword count for any of your projects.
Automate reporting: Schedule email reports for Site Analysis Overview, Backlink Analysis, Site Audit, and Rank Tracker — delivered on your preferred schedule without manual exports.
Organize your workspace: Group projects, pin your most-used reports to Favorites, and share project access with teammates — all from a single control panel.
Getting Started
Log in to Serpstat — My Projects is the first screen you see.
To add a domain: open Site Analysis → Overview, enter a domain, then click Track domain or click the star icon in the search bar.
To organize projects into groups: use the group management controls in the top toolbar of the projects list.
To pin reports: open any report, click the pin icon — it appears in your Favorites sidebar for instant access.
To set up automated email reports: click the mailing icon (envelope) in the project row, select modules, and configure your schedule.
To view AI Insights: click your profile picture in the top-right corner and open the Events panel.
Key Metrics Explained
Events / AI Insights: Notifications about abrupt changes in organic visibility, traffic, or keyword count. Kept for 30 days. Click any notification to open the corresponding dynamics graph in the domain Overview report.
Project control panel: Per-project toolbar with shortcuts to add projects, manage groups, share access, configure automated email reports, monitor SDR history, and launch Site Audit or Rank Tracker.
Mailing icon color: Green = automated email reporting is active for this project. Blue = disabled. Click the green icon to see which modules are sending reports.
Favorites: Pinned reports appear in the left sidebar for fast navigation. Only visible when at least one report is pinned.

Save time by scheduling reports once — Serpstat delivers updates to your inbox on your chosen cadence.
In the My Projects list, locate the project row and click the mailing (envelope) icon.
Select the modules to include: Overview, Backlink Analysis, Site Audit, and/or Rank Tracker.
For Rank Tracker: add up to 5 regions per mailing — all updates arrive in one email.
Choose a schedule: specific day of the week or a fixed date each month. Click Save.
⚠️ Important: AI Insights are only generated for domains you have added as projects. If you have not created a project yet, you can still explore reports using the common use cases or demo project available on the My Projects screen. |

Q: How do I add a domain to My Projects?
