Sync Serpstat Data Into Your Data Stack

The Serpstat Airbyte Connector lets you pull Serpstat domain and keyword data directly into any Airbyte destination — including data warehouses, BI tools, and databases. Set up a recurring sync and your Serpstat data stays current in your analytics environment without manual exports or API scripting.

What you can achieve:

  • Automate Serpstat data pipelines: Schedule recurring syncs so your warehouse always has up-to-date domain metrics, keyword rankings, and competitor data — without manual intervention.

  • Combine Serpstat data with other sources: Join Serpstat keyword and domain data with Google Analytics, ad platform data, or CRM data for a unified performance view in your BI tool.

  • Skip custom API integration work: The connector handles authentication, pagination, and rate limiting — your team gets clean, structured data without writing and maintaining API code.

Getting Started

  1. Go to your Serpstat account → My account page → click Get API key (new users) or Copy (existing users) to get your API key.

  2. Log into your Airbyte Cloud or Airbyte Open Source account.

  3. Go to Sources → + New source and select Serpstat from the source type dropdown.

  4. Enter a name for the connector and paste your Serpstat API key.

  5. Fill in optional fields: domain, region ID, page size, and pages to fetch. To limit API credit usage, set smaller page size and pages to fetch values.

  6. Click Set up source. Connect it to your destination and configure sync frequency.

Available Data Streams

  1. Domains summary: Domain-level metrics including keyword count, visibility, and traffic estimates for your tracked domains.

  2. Domain history: Historical time-series data on keyword count and visibility per domain — useful for trend analysis and reporting.

  3. Domain keywords: The full list of keywords a domain ranks for in Google top 100, with associated metrics.

  4. Domain keywords by region: Keyword rankings broken down by regional database — useful for multi-market tracking.

  5. Domain competitors: List of organic competitors for each domain, based on keyword overlap.

  6. Domain top pages: The highest-traffic pages per domain with keyword and traffic estimates.

Pro Tip: Limit API Credit Usage With Sync Controls

Airbyte syncs consume Serpstat API credits. A few settings help you stay within your credit budget.

  1. Set a conservative Page size (e.g. 100) and Pages to fetch (e.g. 5) in the connector config. This caps how much data is pulled per sync run.

  2. Choose Full refresh sync for historical snapshots. Schedule syncs weekly rather than daily unless you need fresh data more frequently.

  3. Enable only the streams you actually use in your destination — each stream costs credits. Deselect streams you don't need.

  4. The goal: Get the data you need in your warehouse without burning through your monthly API credit allowance in the first sync.

⚠️ Important: Each API response from Serpstat consumes API credits available on your subscription plan. Check the maximum sync speed and request limits in your Serpstat account before configuring high-frequency or large-volume syncs. API access is available from the Team plan.
