Run Serpstat Batch Analysis in Google Sheets

The Serpstat Batch Analysis add-on for Google Sheets lets you pull domain, URL, and keyword data from Serpstat directly into a spreadsheet — in bulk, without manually accessing the Serpstat interface. Select your data source, configure filters, and generate a structured report on a new sheet. Ideal for large-scale keyword research, competitive analysis, and semantic core building.

What you can achieve:

  • Analyze large lists of domains, URLs, and keywords at once: Upload a list of 100+ domains or keywords and get Serpstat metrics for all of them in a single report — without running individual searches.

  • Build and scale your semantic core in a spreadsheet: Pull related keywords, search suggestions, and keyword selection data for your seed keywords and organize them directly in Google Sheets.

  • Run competitive analysis across multiple sites simultaneously: Pull keyword, URL, and ad data for a list of competitor domains and compare them side by side in one place.

Getting Started

  1. Install the Serpstat Batch Analysis add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

  2. Open a Google Sheet, go to Extensions → Serpstat Batch Analysis → Create report.

  3. In the sidebar, enter your Serpstat API token (from your Profile page). The sidebar won't open until a valid token is entered.

  4. Select your search engine and regional database.

  5. Select the cell range containing your list of domains, URLs, or keywords (use A1 notation). Use "Add another range" for multiple ranges.

  6. Choose a report type (domain keywords, URL missing keywords, related keywords, etc.), configure filters, and click Create Report. Results appear on a new sheet.

Available Reports

  1. Domain reports: Domain info, domain keywords, domain history, top pages, domain competitors (organic and paid), domain ads, and domain URLs — all for a list of domains.

  2. URL reports: URL keywords (what a URL ranks for), URL competitors, and missing keywords (what competitors rank for that this URL doesn't) — for a list of URLs.

  3. Keyword reports: Keyword overview, keyword selection, related keywords, search suggestions, top-100 results, competitors by keyword, and ads examples — for a list of keywords.

Pro Tip: Build a Missing Keywords Report for Your Top Pages

The "Missing keywords" report is one of the fastest ways to find content gaps — applied at scale across your top pages.

  1. Export your top 50 pages by traffic from Google Search Console and paste the URLs into a Google Sheet column.

  2. Run the URL Missing Keywords report via the add-on. The output shows keywords competitors rank for on pages similar to yours that you're not ranking for.

  3. Filter for keywords with search volume above your target threshold and keyword difficulty within your range.

  4. The goal: A prioritized list of content additions and optimizations for your existing pages — generated in minutes across 50 URLs at once.

⚠️ Important: API credits are used at a rate of 1 domain / 1 URL / 1 keyword = 1 API request. Check your available API credits in My account → Max number of API results to be exported before running large batch jobs. API access requires the Team plan or higher.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I enter data ranges correctly?

Q: Which plan do I need for the add-on?
A: API access is required, which is available from the Team plan or higher. Check your account for available API credits before running large reports.

Q: Where does the report data appear?
